Our prices per week are as follows and include linen and electricity

A deposit of 25% is to be paid on booking. The balance of the rent is due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday letting. In the event of the booking not being accepted, the full deposit will be returned. If a Tenant cancels, the Estate will do all it can to re-let the property for the period concerned. If it is able to do so, any money paid, less expenses incurred in re-letting, will be refunded. If the Estate is unable to re-let, the tenant is liable for the full rent.
